MASPware GuardMobile is a security- and controlsystem for Treo 750 devices. Its a silent, hidden program, which (e.g. after a thievery) executes commands remotely initiated by the Treo 750 owner.

Imaging, your cellular Treo 750 has been stolen. What can you do now?

• You can initiate an alarm and lock the Treo 750
• You can locate your Treo 750 (GPS receiver is required)
• If your stolen Treo 750 contains top secret data, you can do a hardreset remotely to erase all data! (Use carfully!)
• You can initiate a callback to overhear the thief

How does GuardMobile work?

The Treo 750 owner installs and configures GuardMobile. He sets an arbitrary Treo 750 PIN and adds cellular numbers, which can control this Treo 750, to totally prevent abuse. After activation, the program stays "silently" in background until its asked to do some action.

Since every Treo 750 supports SMS nowadays, the whole communication is done via SMS, which means you can control your Treo 750 using any other cellular Treo 750 (no Treo 750 required!). No internet access is necessary. The Treo 750 replies all actions with a confirmation SMS.
